I'm getting confused about the flash counter thing, what part of these android devices do I need to address in the unrooting process to return the device to an unrooted state with no evidence it was ever rooted?
Easiest way would be to use and app like Wug's Nexus root toolkit. After rooting just flash back the factory image and relock the bootloader. Samsung is the only one I know of that has the counter.
