Root can be add by flashing the official zip package at Chainfire's site
Isn't it amazing how you can simply search for something on a search engine?
Search for 'supersu,' somewhere along the first few results will be a link to SuperSU here on XDA. Then you'll find a link to the latest version under 'CWM / TWRP / MobileODIN installable ZIP.'

Great! thanksEnglish, spanish and portuguese. Also theres another option called "[Developer] Accented English"
I don't know if this was answered, i'm guessing you could install the jellybean rom from brazil and then you should get the update right?
Well anyway, doing this wouldn't allow you to root yet. so it doesn't really matter.I dont know if ths OTA was for every retail brazil device or just a limited number
Unless you have an unlocked bootloader.
I come back here every once and a while to see if it might be worth plugging in my formerly beloved RAZR i - to no avail. Incredible to realize that NINE months ago when I switched to iPhone we were still wondering when/if we would ever get kitkat update. My iPhone has received five updates in that time and is now solid beyond belief and will be updated regularly for at least the next three years. The Android update model is broken.
Had enough of waiting Moto G will be With me tomorrow.

Motorola will release the kitkat update in the beginning of october. i guess at the end of the first week in oct, everyone should have become the update.
