Cannot update my T-Mobile GSII through kies. I'll have my phone plugged in on my PC, kies recognizes my phone, I'll then get a pop up telling me a new filmware is available & it prompts me to update. It then goes through the motions then i get a pop up saying its preparing for download then, I'll loose the connection... Been trying for days.. Don't know what's causing my phone to disconnect right before updating.. I'm not tech savvy, don't wanna risk bricking my phone with an after market rom which is why I'm going with the stock rom but i cannot update.. Help please
