Change Language via LanguagePack???

Hi @all
could it work to change the Language of my QTEK9100 via an language-pack?

I found one on another webspace, but I am not shure if that could really work.

Here the text from the install.txt-File:

THIS LANGUAGE PACK WILL WORK ON "nocert" ROMs ONLY!!!

Install
=======
1. Unpack Windows.rar into \Windows directory on your device
2. install the .cab on your device and softreset (not with reset button).

Uninstall
=========
1. Uninstall the cab
2. Rename all *0407.mui files to *0407.del
3. Softreset
4. delete all *.del files

Anyone an idea if that could work?
