Updating Radio ROM 1.13.10

The Radio Only is actually the the ROM update to 1.6.7.3
could you double check and post the radio only if possible thanks

I just did it and it says rom update but its not its just the radio upgrade.

Does the language of the radio ROM matter? Can I install this version together with an English OS ROM?

I use radio ROM from PTB ROM image and Russian OS ROM, they works.
