Revive dead Typhoon?

Is there anyone I can send my c500 to that can revive my dead Typhoon rather than sending it off to HTC Europe? I killed it via an incomplete rom flashing. Now it won't boot, won't turn on, nothing. The only sign of life is when I remove the battery and plug in the AC charger a red light illuminates for a millisecond... (sorry if this is the incorrect forum to post this)
