Phone as in dialer? or software tweaks?

I don't really understand why someone would buy something, then want to put another thing on/over it

It's like buying a tractor and putting a Ferrari engine and body work on it... just buy the Ferrari.
// Nexus 5 (D821) // Liquid // UBER //
// Note 3 (SM-N9005) // AOSP ROM of variety // Lean or temasek's Kernel // - Dumped. No more Samsung

Yes, the Phone.apk, i love how Sony designs their phone.apk more efficient than Samsung especially the Swipe on Phone. I know i must live with Samsung Phone.apk but if there is a alternative then why wont we at least give it a try? Tks

Take a look around the development sections, there may be some dialers and other tweaks there.
