Post iMate ROM Upgrade Question

I successfully upgraded my MDA Vario from Qtek to iMate ROM. During the customization process, it asks to select an operator to set up parameters for. There is no USA carriers in the list so I selected cancel. Eeverything "seemed" to proceed okay after. Is this just the MMS & Internet setup stuff?

I think thats what its for, i just hard reset my device now, but i got the cingular settings off club imate.com its a cab so just copy it to your phone and open it up and your set

that is, if you are with cingular. for some reason those are the only USA settings they have on there site.... also they have AT&T.
