How to make hard reset on HTC Charmer (MDA Compact II)

Is there anyone can tell me how to make hard reset on T-mobile compact II? I tried to have a hard reset , but it did not change to the factory setting.

by the way, does anyone know where can I find MDA Compact II english Rom?

there is some button combo but the easiest way is running clear storage under settings>system

Press and hold the camara and record buttons press reset with stylus, release stylus and hold camara and record buttons for 5 second or so untill menu option is displayed
