If you are updating from previous version it is enough to wipe cache only
First boot takes a while. Wait at least 5 mins for it to boot.
To activate Developer settings : Settings -> About phone -> press Build number 5 times
To activate 3-way reboot go to Developer settings and select "Advanced reboot"
First Wi-Fi connecting can take a while
ART booting can take about 10 minutes so be patient
If you dont like BLN , you can disable it in Galaxy Ace 2 Settings
You can switch internal and external storage in Ace 2 settings

How to Overclock using terminal ( or init.d script ) :
1. IMPORTANT : Set governor : performance
2. Do float benchmark on setcpu ( to have some starting result - do it few times to get best score)
3. Overclock ( in terminal emulator , via adb shell or make init.d script ):
