[Q] Note 3 multi window

I'm new to android guys so please do bare with me
I have a note 3 and I remember watching the keynote liking in particular the multi window feature especially as the note 3 can have the same app open twice eg two browsers.

The issue is I cannot get two YouTube apps working although this is supported!! As soon as I drag the second window in the first one pauses and imitates whatever is on one but rather than playing the video it shows a black screen

I cannot get any joy despite all my google-ing any suggestions or can someone please try it with their note 3. I am not rooted and got a brand new replacement yesterday

Hmm that is bizarre, I have just tested mine to see and it works OK, have you tried clearing the app data from YouTube? - -- Settings > General > application manager > find YouTube and clear cache/data etc. Give it a shot.

Just gave that a go and no luck at all. I don't understand it's a brand new handset the one which I exchanged done the exact same thing

Of course this feature is. Firstly see my attached photos and secondly this was mentioned as a key feature in the Samsung presentation when the note 3 was announced

Found it in the end guys. uninstalled the update 5.3.24 (YouTube app) and now it works a treat
