How to hard reset a prophet?

How do i hard reset a Prophet?

I currently do not have my manual with me.

hold camera and connection button (on the left of the device) keep pressed and then hit the soft reset button at the bottom of the device. keep the 2 side buttons pressed until a message pops up asking if you want to hard reset. press green call button to accept.

Alternative method: Go to :arrow: Setting > System > Clear Storage . I t will tell you to enter '1234' and then press 'YES'. It will hard reset you PDA. :P

Thats the correct answer, according to dioxda2 the 'clear storage' option does not do a hard reset and now that I tried, I know he is right.
