I am able to get out of the TWRP stuck after AT&T OTA update for LG g2. I have below steps
1. Run the Terminal command as mentioned in the Development forum
2. Restarted the phone and again int went to TWRP recovery
3. Restore the phone using the earlier backup version
4. Restarted the phone and again int went to TWRP recovery
5. Now Run the same Terminal command as mentioned in the Development forum.
6. Restart the phone.Now it is taking me to the Home screen. Awesome
