Default [Q] i9500 - imei problem 0049

How can i fix it? My phone has lost imei. And i cant fix. What can i do for it?

If you dont have any backup of your EFS ,then there's nothing you can do than flashing a stock rom base from your country ,it might get fix.But if the problem still persist, Then feel free to send your phone in customer service for repair.

thanks for help but i have a backup. phoenix rom is back up efs as efs.autobackup.img. can i use it? maybe?

anybody have any idea for my problem?

how to extract efs.autobackup.img? can we see the files in efs.img?

but my phone dont boot. i cant do what you say.
