Chromecast + Plex + Dolby Digital Plus

Hi,

I'm using Plex to stream videos from my computer and some of them even has DD+.

But for some reason CC (or Plex) detects only 2CH.

I have checked the video by connecting my laptop directly to my receiver (Onkyo SR-313) and it does detects DD+.

Any Ideas?

I believe there is a Plex setting for 2ch or 5.1. Not at home now to verify but I am sure someone can double check. It was either on the server for Plex or the program, but I can remember

Someone else who had something similar merely needed to unplug and replug the chromcast.
It's possible that it didn't make a good connection when you plugged it in and never got the handshake for full Surround support.

Plex does send full Surround only I think it comes as a PCM format or AC3
