hi.
those instructions which i'll provide may kill your phone! i take no responsibility if you'll brick your phone!

at first you have to unlock bootloader and all of your data will be deleted.
here is a link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261752 how to root your phone.
the next step is to flash chinese CWM https://mega.co.nz/#!hAhgmIKZ!SrS67lEtSvWwC_sa0P4ZgY_EtyLmWzfhVQ1U4fP TDgo (there is no custom recovery in english)
so if you ever used cwm you'll understend how to use it in chinese cause there are some words in english in it
the next step is to flash GAPPS https://mega.co.nz/#!kMYAhSoa!3h0j6WkAANAqUDxxCSHUBOnsM1s3QOCWaRGfcHY HTbw

everything was tested on mine 603e succesfuly , but every time i reboot my phone it updates data and apps, i have no idea how to stop this update. but everything works fine.
