New here and with the 10 post requirement I can't post in the dev thread. Figured I would try here. It would at least count as one post :)

Running into this:
Code:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BlueStacks Auto Rooter v1.04 Beta (Preview Edition)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Checking for BlueStacks status, please wait...
 * Connected to BlueStacks!
 * Checking for system services status...
 * Required system services are ready!

 Checking prerequisites...
*) Great! This version of BS is supported! (0.8.3.3026)
*) Great! Filesystem looks like a stock untouched/non-rooted image!
*) Great! Full access to FS is possible!
*) Great! Shared Folder feature is enabled!
*) Great! SuperSU installer package found. (UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.85.zip)
*) Great! Free space is enough! (Min 340 MB, and you got 7268 MB!)
*) Great! Free cache is enough too! (Min 100 MB, and you got 369 MB!)
*) Great! All necessary files are found, ready to get rooted.

 Final checks before rooting...
*) Great! Superuser apk & binary found & verified. (1.85:SUPERSU)
*) Great! Free memory is enough! (Min 100 MB, you got 345/739 MB)
*) Great! All necessary files have been prepared, rooting can start now.

 Begin the rooting process...
 - Executing commands...
 - Preparing files...
 - Applying patch...
 - Generating output...
 - Done!
 - Replacing RD... done!
 - Restarting BlueStacks...
 - Restarted.

 Post processing, please wait...
 - Resizing FS...
 - Moving file, please wait...

ERROR: Could not complete rooting task #4.

For more information and latest version, please visit my XDA thread at:
    http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2565644

 Press any key to exit...

Tried uninstalling BlueStacks and keeping data.
I just uninstalled BlueStacks again and am doing a clean install after wiping data.

Any thoughts on the cause of the error and what I should try next?

Hello, Sorry for my bad English, because I'm French

I always root BlueStack with BSAutorooter and Update SuperSU v1.80, and work perfectly.

Today, I root BlueStack 0.8.4.3630 with BSAutorooter 1.04r5 and Update SuperSU v1.80 and work perfectly.

I think for You to test root with identical version of BlueStack, BS Autorooter and Update SuperSU.
