[Q] What does "Warranty Bit: 1" mean at Download Mode?

Default [Q] What does "Warranty Bit: 1" mean at Download Mode?

Hi. If I wanted to return a phone, would it be a problem if it said "Warranty Bit: 1" at Download Mode.
It also says "Bootloader AP SWAEV: 1

I want to return the phone and move to another provider not get it fixed under warranty.
