Default Comm Manager with Phone Off Button

This Cab file was in T-Mobile's Extended ROM. It changes the Comm Manager and gives you 4 buttons:

1. Phone On/Off
2. WiFi On/Off
3. BT On/Off
4. Activesync

I tested it on the latest Qtek ROM, and it works fine.

how does it look like? I mean is it T-mob looking or just the normal brushed metal comm manager look? if it's not too much trouble could you post a screen shot?

it works great on my Cingular 8125, so it should work on any Wizard device.

I am looking for the newest COMM Maager, which can be found in the latest ROM from I-Mate. Is there a .cab file for that? for screenshot:
