Hebrew sites

I have a Dutch ROM version ad I wish to be able to surf and to read hebrew site.

Does anybody know how. ?

I dont want to have Hebrew in my whole system, I just want to be able to read Hebrew sites.

It works just on a English ROM,not Dutch
