[Q] Droid Mini 4.4 KitKat OTA update outside the U.S.

I didnt get the push of it, but you can download it from the GENERAL section and rename it to UPDATE.ZIP.
Go to your stock recovery and flash it there.
Thats how I did it, got stationed in Italy, and just did it yesterday

Maybe I'll give it a try. I'm not sure if I can really use the MAXX OTA zip for my MINI.

Theres a ton of posts about folks having great success with that... check out the Android Development forum to be sure, but I'm 99% sure people have been doing that
