I have a rooted tmobile note 2 on 4.1.2 and old bootloader. I wanna go to 4.3 without knox. I do know you need to either run the new bootloader or wifi patch to get the phone to boot and wifi to work. The issue is that i am running into is the rom seems to boot fine however I have no signal/data connection at all. I have my EFS folder backup 
. When it boots it shows a circle with a line through it where the signal should be. However when i go back to 4.1.2 i get it back. Any recommendations or what modem to use with international roms?
