I bought my husband the SmartWatch 2 for Christmas and we have yet been able to get it to work. I downloaded the app...paired them via bluetooth...and then it shows the play store icon downloading to the phone. A white bar then shows up across the screen and eventually the watch just shuts off and when I turn it back on it shows the watch and phone icons with lines between them. Anybody know what could be happening??
