Won't connect to pc.

Got a replacement s3. Downliaded the samsung drivers but every time I go to drag a file " a rooted md4 rom" it says can't move file device not connected or had stopped working. My s4 connects with no problem. Any thoughts?

I've had that problem too in the past, but it was after installing a new rom, all I did was restart my computer and phone(unplugged) and they friends again and shared files again. I have had sometimes it is the file itself that won't transfer to the phone, just redownloaded the file and worked.
