Default [Q] [10.1] Guide for Custom ROM

Hello all,
I would like to build Android by myself so I don't have all that Samsung stuff (TouchWiz UI).
So I decided to make an AOSP version.
The only thing is, I have no experience with building ROMs. I know a lot of modding, but almost nothing about building
Does anyone knows a good guide for creating a ROM from source, simply?
