Question Am I the only one who received the 4.4.2 in the Czech Republic?

Hi, yesterday I have received the 4.4.2 OTA update in the Czech Republic on the S4 I9500 bought in the United States. I was really surprised because Sammobile didn't report that 4.4.2 is available for the unlocked variant in USA or in the Czech Republic. Can someone explain why my friends still didn't receive the update?

Attached are some screenshots I made before and after installing the KitKat (AnTuTu benchmarking tool).

The non-carrier OTA for Romania has been released but my phone still says that 4.3 is the latest version. I really don't get this, why am I not getting the OTA?

edit: seems like my CSC is COA, which means Cosmote. I didn't buy my phone from Cosmote, it's just an unlocked phone which I use on Vodafone. Can I change the CSC without root?

Can someone give feedback regarding the update ?

How is device performing ? Any significant changes ? Does the update break anything previously present on 4.3 ?

there is a famous sd card storage bug present in 4.4 which does not allow any app to read or write to the sd card. although there is a workaround available for that.

sorry i should have mentioned that 3rd party apps cannot write to the sd card. this is because wants people to use internal storage for apps because it thinks its more safe.

That is not a bug or issue! Google simply removed that "feature" in kitkat updates, it's not Samsung's fault.
This has been discussed 10000 times by now.
