exec radio rom upgade 1.09

Can some one help me, for some reason I tried to sync my exec but the new radio rom 1.09 would not open to downlad to my exec . I was however able to down load the zip file into the pda but when I open it it asks for the application. I opened the application file but not sure which file inside to open the zip file with. can this rom be upgraded this way. help[/b]

From what I know you can't upgrade it that way. You need to connect your Universal to your computer. You can find tons of instructions on how to install it under "Universal Upgrading Forum". You are posting on the wrong one. So you might not get that many help.
