Cloud Search Simple Review & Known Issues Website Idea

Hey guys, I've got an idea that I wanted to run by everyone in the XDA community.
I've been a long time Android user and have been through quite a few phones over the years.

I have the idea of making a website that essentially does user generated reddit/imgur style micro reviews.
Essentially it would be some predefined criterias for each phone and you get to either thumbs up or thumbs down based upon whether you like it or not. The site would also aggregate that data to show which phones are popular/most well liked on the market.

Another big feature would be 'known issues' in which users can submit issues for specific phones, such as ' weak wifi siginal' or 'fragile back construction' so that potential buyers can see what known issues whether it be software or hardware each phone has and whether those issues have been resolved.

I just wanted to see what you guys think and would you personally use it? Any other input would be helpful.
