What's working:
CDMA (GSM, LTE should as well)
Receiving and making calls
Display
Audio playback
Audio recording
Video playback
Camera (photos, panorama, camcorder)
Touch
GPS
WiFi
Wifi tethering
OpenGL rendering
Hardware video decoding & encoding
Video recording
USB-tethering
Mtp/ptp
Sending/receiving SMS/MMS
Sd card

Bugs:
  • graphical gliches in browser. Use a third party one.
  • minor interface issue (the volume selection bar in the power menu)
  • BT won't turn on? Flash gapps, or perhaps just reboot...
  • KB backlight is always on...

Download Link: Archive:
FLASH ONLY GAPPS THAT SLIM PROVIDED!!!

Install instructions:
  1. wipe data/factory reset
  2. flash rom
  3. flash slim-gapps
  4. reboot
  5. wait
  6. srsly, wait...
  7. profit!

Mine as well...

As usual, I'm only tested on Sprint - but should work on GSM as well.

I found BT is broken - looking into it, I assume something is missing.

Edit -- seems after flashing gapps and rebooting, BT turns on....

Edit 2 -- kb backlight issue seems an issue, it's always on (when the screen is on)

The DPI also seems "off"... at least everything is really tiny. But it's fast!

It's just that Slim (and many other teams) like lower DPIs in their build.prop... But seriously I don't get it, it makes all the beauty of AOSP look out of place.

I applied the fix, didn't seem to actually fix it. They committed some other things which are now conflicting with it... trying to sort out how to properly fix it there.

Thanks for the info, idk why, but the keyboard issue's a deal breaker.. I guess I'm o.c.d. can't wait to try slimkat with it being fixed
