Rooting android Devices without a pc.
Hi, everyone, in my first thread I'm explaining how to root almost every android device without using a computer.
You'll need these apps:
Poot and ministro (poot needs ministro to work) https://www.dropbox.com/s/pggy9i0tdq...20apps%202.zip
Exynos abuse http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2050297
Universal androroot http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=747598
Go to the links next to the names of the apps to download them and to see the devices compatibilities
Ok, let's do things in order.
First enable usb debugging (Usually it's in settings>developer options, settings >apps or if you can't find developer options you can enable them by clicking seven times on build number voice in settings>device information
Than you need to try all these apps in ordered to find the one that will work on your device.
Z4root is an app that can root permanently all android devices but on the developers thread it's said that the temporary root option should work on 99% of android devices.
To download this app go to the link next to the app's name. The link will lead you to the official z4root xda thread.
Framaroot is an app that should root quite a lot of android devices thanks to the number of the number of ways it can exploit the android system.
To download this app go to the link next to the app's name. The link will lead you to the official framaroot xda thread.
Poot should also root a lot of android devices. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the official page of the app, so I uploaded it myself to Dropbox. To download it go to the link next to the app.
3.1 Poot app requires ministry 2 to run, an app that downloads and installs some libraries for poot. You can find it on google play or in the zip file with poot that you can download from the link next to the app.
4. Exynos abuse is an app designed to work on exynos (Samsung) devices and unfortunately doesn't work on Jelly bean 4.1+ devices. The complete device compatibility list can be found at the official xda thread linked next to the app. To download it go to the same link.
5. Universal androroot.
Universal androroot is an app that works only on devices with lower than 2.2.1 version of android. The compatibility list and the download link are on the official xda thread linked right next to the name of the app.
I also made some videos on how to use these apps and uploaded them on youtube.
