It may be possible but very tiresome and time consuming... Even worse fact is that Samsung never releases ROM source because they have no obligation to do so... That's why it's much easier to port AOSP-based ROMs because the sources are readily available.

I suppose the grand might be getting an official 4.3 update in the future.... We can wait for the official word
