get the htc one 4.4 update

Hallo everybody

I live in Luxemburg and it normaly takes ages until the new Updates are rolled out (Luxemburg ist often one of the last countries where the new updates are available). So I want to ask if there is a possibility to get it earlier with the aid of a proxy or something similar?
