Only if you sponser him the phone & some free time... He might consider your request.
Or else you have to do it all by yourself. There are wonderful but lengthy guides for porting around the Internet.

Try to be Adventurous & do things like this by yourself bro. It is unlikely that you are going to get any help for low lying devices like Micromax a MIUI ROM.:(
