I am using Xperia S ROM for arc but there is no calendar widget inside
so i made my own based on the one from stock rom
and here it is

this widget probably won't work on ICS (from my experience)

To install, either
Code:
adb push widgetcalendar.apk /system/app
adb shell chmod 644 /system/app/widgetcalendar.apk
or
Quote:

  1. Copy widgetcalendar.apk to /system
  2. Modify permission to 644

  3. Move the apk to /system/app
