I just Rooted and installed Thor-Gapps Rom onto my kindle fire hdx 7 now every time i start up my kindle on the rom it shows "kindle is upgrading". How do i remove this or stop this from happening?

i suggest you to wipe cache and dalvik

I wiped the Cache and Dalvik through TWRP on my ROM slot and it still showing up "kindle is upgrading" after the kindle fire splash screen.

This is a super common problem. There is currently no fix, but also besides being obnoxious it is not a real problem in the sense that as far as I know nothing is broken.
