Default [Q] J-Link instead of RIFF JTAG for Bootloader reapir?

Have anyone used J-Link JTAG to repair bootloader on samsung galaxy devices (mine is i9070) like the RIFF Box does ?

Is it possible to do so ?

No offensive.But jlink is designed for mcu.And you don't have any software make jlink work for phone.So seems not possible
