Alright guys a friend of mine updated his phone to kitkat through ota... Blah blah blah. Anyways he started to get intermittent lockups and reboots and stuff like that just in generally the phone done messed up. So I did what everyone's been suggesting and told him to do a factory reset through the boot loader. Well god be damned it didnt work. the phone is now stuck at the screen with the phone and green arrows around it. If you reboot with the boot loader combination it goes right back to there. Device manager show the phone as htc android device but doesn't respond to adb or fastboot. All drivers installed correctly and such. I can't even run an ruu... So we need some big help!!!!
