Earpiece volume gone low all of a sudden

Hi everyone.

Quick question. I have an xperia s and the phone was in my pocket. I took it out to make a phone call and all of a sudden the volume has just gone really low. The phone has already been in for a repair in which they sent me a replacement handset.

It was working fine until today. I have no warranty left now by the way. I'm running stock .96 firmware locked b/l and unrooted

tried reflashing ur stock .96 firmware or repairing device with PCComp or SUS?
