Default [Q] Force Closing Apps - Can't use the phone.. S4 GT-I9505

Hey Guys,,
I'm having a problem in my phone Galaxy S4 GT-I9505
can somebody please help me fix this?!

I've installed the first version of "project X" mod which changes the apps and system to look like galaxy s5
but with the first version there was a problem which forces some apps to close,,
an this is happening to me too and I can't use my phone at all. I can't install the newer version which has the fixed files because I'm not able to use my phone

I did a factory rest after doing backup to my phone and the same apps still have force closing issue.
I really got tired of this. I'm not using my phone since last saturday!

My Phone is rooted CF
