I was just backing up my phone with TWRP, everything was fine until it rebooted with no Home or back buttons, the whole bar is gone and i can hardly navigate my phone now. I do have older backups without my current apps and such that i can go back to but ideally I would like to just restore my menu bar. I've already checked everything in the setting menu for the "front touch" buttons and that is missing as well. any ideas?

Did you try rebooting again? May be just a fluke.
