So I was given a TF300T broken screen. I replaced the screen and had about 10 white dots all over the screen.
Cold restarted no love the white dots where still there and screen cal was out.

So I decided to factory restart not knowing it was rooted.

Now it's frozen at the factory restart Android with blue line below.

I have tried Vol down and pwr.................. nothing

Any ideas.......

You clicked wipe data?
Look up Buster's recovery script in the general section and try that.

Yup tried busters scripts... Every time I enter a command it always stays at " waiting for device" and never does anything
So I have to restart the cmd prompt to try next line or try same line again.

Is this right

in short no I don't think so. when it boots it.goes as follows:

A:
Press power (or power and Down)
ASUS logo appears together with Your device is unlocked (in top left)
Then goes to screen with robot and progress bar as if restoring, where it freezes after 20 sec

Ah OK. Sounds like it has a file cached that it is trying to flash. Unfortunately without fastboot we can't attempt to wipe it.
