I will do a JTAG only if the single way. But then, i need the debrick.img
If you are able to write that image, it means that you can get into download mode.
If you can get the phone into download mode, you don't need a complete memory dump; you can just use a stock firmware to unbrick it.
Can you tell us what you did and what doesn't work?

Man, my s3 mini is bricken. It doesn't power on. It's hard bricked and i need the debrick.img.

As deconectat tried to explain you don't need it. The only thing you need is to get in download mode and try with some of the unbrick guides on this forum.
If you can't get in download mode with combo, jig or jtag, there's no way to fix your phone.

Maybe you ****wits should learn to read instead of being smart asses. Piskor you referred him to a post on a different model (retard). deconectat you should just STFU because nowhere did he say he wanted to flash the image. (****tard).
