Default [Q] [Xperia T] Questions about 4.3 update

I have an Xperia T that I got from T-Mobile Hungary, currently using a flashed 9.1.A.1.145 firmware that is Orange Poland based.

1. Does PC Companion see my phone as T-Mobile Hungary (based on IMEI) or as Orange Poland (based on the current ROM)?

2. Does the update to 4.3 delete user data or it simply upgrades system/apps and leaves data intact?

Sony XPERIA T (LT30p) running stock Jelly Bean 4.3 firmware 9.2.A.1.205
LG G-Pad 8.3 (V500) running CM11 KitKat 4.4 by infected_
Motorola Defy (MB525 Red lens) running CM10.2 Jelly Bean 4.3 by Quarx
Kindle Fire (otter) running CM11 KitKat 4.4 unofficial
