Default [Q] From UCUEMJ2 to CyanogenMod

I found leaked version of 4.3 update on internet called UCUEMJ2 and then flashed the Knox-enabled leaked version.

Now I want to flash CyanogenMod on my phone. Is it safe? I heard it can brick phone because of knox. If it's safe then how to do so?
Hit thanks button if I helped.

Current Phones: Samsung Galaxy S3 (SGH-i747), HTC Sensation 4g

You could use Odin to flash a custom recovery which allows you to flash a custom ROM.

I don't think you need to flash the leaked 4.3 ROM before installing 4.4.2-based ROMs. At least I didn't have to.
