Info 2 [Q] My Note 3 (Int. Ver.) is not getting 4.4

So I have been waiting for weeks now to get the update of KitKat..
My brother recieved he's, but I did not?

We both bought or device in The Netherlands.

I don't know he's AP,CP, CSC.
But here is mine :

The roll seemed to have stopped, they are no re-rolling it, just wait it won't be long.

Can I flash the German or Dutch version (since mine seems to be the Luxembourg version) ?

Or stock KitKat, but will I have the soft buttons then? Which I pref not..

You can flash any of the Stock ROMS if you choose too. Soft buttons are standard in the device, you can disable them with custom ROMS etc but you'd have to go reading a lot more.
