Hi, if you are looking here, chances are you know what HypnoToad is - a modded KitKat CM for the Relay 4G:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2528752
I am compiling here some of the questions I kept asking the devs and whose answers are scattered in the above (long) thread.
1-You WILL need the latest CWM. Since the download is in img format, you probably need to use a PC to install it. I found that the easiest was to use the free CWM app from the play store and update from CM.
2-HypnoToad is dirty-flashable over cm10.2.x stable. If you have it running, just reboot to your updated CWM (see above) and flash the latest zip ON TOP of your CM install, no need to wipe the phone (that is probably better, but if you want to keep your setup you can dirty flash).
3-You DO need to flash the new gapps for KitKat too
Please feel free to correct me, add new FAQs, etc.
AND THANKS TO THE DEVS!

Is also a fully supported (by TeamApexQ) version of CWM for the relay, in an update.zip form.
