Default [Q] Compatibility with S4 Google Edition KitKat ROM

I have an S4 and when I flashed the Infamous GE 4.4.2 ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2341936), I was not able to get most of the GearManager apps to work like:

-Text SMS Notifications
-Samsung Apps Appstore install
-SVoice

These did work though:
-Video/Camera Pictures
-Answer/Reject Calls

So I went back to a Stock Rooted 4.3 ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2545711) and everything worked.

Does anyone know how to get everything working on a custom KitKat ROM? Do you just need to install all the samsung gear apps/services on the custom ROM?
