More of an observation .. but if anyone cares to elaborate I'm listening. I bought a Skyrocket and a Note i717 from a friend last week. I unlocked rooted and flashed both with current 4.4 roms... in fact both are on Beanstalk.. same version. Completely clean. These have almost identical internals but the i717 seems to run terrible compared. The Skyrocket is blazing fast.. don't see much difference in it and my LG G2 in typical operations.. but the bloody Note is like barely keeping up.. seems pretty sluggish..Dont get me wrong it's not terrible .. it does the job but the Skyrocket is just very peppy in comparison. The only thing I can think of is the higher resolution display is taxing the internals.. is that it? I've tried a few different 4.4 roms on the i717 but with the same mediocre results. Just kinda frustrating.
