Question [Q] How to make shortcut?

How to make shortcut that contain: power off, airplane mode, and take screenshot (those menu can be access by press and hold power button).

Is it possible to make shortcut on Jelly Bean 4.1.2? So, If I want to access those menu I only need tap shortcut, not press power button.
