I really like the LG G2 stock, but I really want 4.4 as well. Is there a ROM that is basically just 4.4?

Not yet. Kit Kat isn't in wide release yet. They say "soon"

Read today that LG will put out 4.4.2 end of q1, I assume that means we won't actually see the official version for G2 until sometime in April. But since there are so many people modifying it already, isn't there a way to get a stripped down version (with out all the mods that cause glitches) and add the LG UI back on (sans the bloatware)?

Not sure which one you have, but here is AOKP 4.4 for the Sprint variant: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2585558
